Glory Flower Farm Was On a Podcast!

A few weeks ago I had the privilege of talking to Rechelle, from the Local Flowers Podcast. We had a wonderful conversation talking all about flower farming, how we both left healthcare after the Covid pandemic to pursue our dreams of flower farming, and starting a small business while having babies at home.

Rechelle started her podcast to share stories of flower farmers– how they got started, why they chose to grow flowers, and experiences and challenges in growing and selling flowers. I loved getting to share my experiences with Rechelle as a beginner flower farmer.

One of my favorite topics we discussed was how there is so much value in starting small and by choosing to start, you’re able to gain experience and knowledge for the future. I have big dreams for Glory Flower Farm, I know my goals can come true through consistent hard work and staying present and committed to the small details, growing, and learning that’s happening right now.

I came away from the podcast interview extremely thankful for all of my customers, my family, and friends. You all are so supportive and are the reason I am able to continue my small business and passion of growing flowers– thank you for being here.
